Castle VW of Schaumburg is seeking a Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator to bridge service and sales and drive upgraded vehicle opportunities for existing customers. You will identify upgrade potential during service visits and present tailored offers that highlight benefits, such as newer features, better financing, and improved trade-in equity.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or service upgrade roles.
• Strong understanding of automotive sales and service operations.
• Ability to communicate across departments and build rapport.
• Proficiency with CRM and dealership management systems.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities
