Job summary

Castle VW of Schaumburg is seeking a Vehicle Upgrade Coordinator to bridge service and sales, encouraging customers to upgrade to newer vehicles. You’ll identify upgrade opportunities during service visits, build rapport, and present tailored offers based on customer needs and dealership programs.

You will act as a liaison between service and sales, capturing upgrade leads and handing them off to consultants, while coordinating appointments and follow-ups in the CRM.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive sales or dealership upgrade programs.
• Strong communication and collaboration between service and sales.
• Familiarity with CRM and dealership systems.

Responsibilities

• Talk with service customers to discuss upgrading to a newer model.
