Job summary

Advantage Chevrolet of Bridgeview is seeking a motivated Vehicle Exchange Specialist to engage with dealership customers, explore upgrade options, and deliver an exceptional buying experience. You will review equity, inform customers about newer models and incentives, and coordinate appointments to maximize opportunities.

The role emphasizes outbound communication, CRM usage, and teamwork with the sales staff to achieve daily to monthly targets.

Responsibilities

• Contact current dealership customers regarding vehicle upgrade and exchange opportunities.
• Review customer vehicle ownership and equity positions.
• Educate customers on the benefits of newer models, available incentives, and special programs.
• Schedule appointments for customers interested in trading or upgrading their vehicles.
• Follow up with customers via phone, text, email, and CRM systems.
• Maintain accurate customer records and communication logs.
• Work closely with the sales team and management to maximize customer opportunities.
• Meet and exceed daily, weekly, and monthly performance goals.
• Deliver outstanding customer service throughout the exchange process.
