Job summary

Hendrick Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to help customers identify, document, and schedule maintenance and repairs. You will work with technicians to determine required services and clearly explain estimates and recommendations to customers.

Responsibilities include presenting options, maintaining customer satisfaction, and recording all hours and activities in the dealership system. Regular attendance and compliance with safety policies are required.

Qualifications

• Previous experience in automotive or customer service industries.

Responsibilities

• Works with customer and technician to identify required maintenance.
• Advises customers on necessary and recommended services.
• Offers additional services and repairs to customers.
• Computes cost of replacement parts and labor to restore vehicle to condition specified by customer.
• Schedules appointments with customer.
• Maintains CSI at or above Company standards
• Maintains an organized, clean and safe work area.
• Records all hours worked accurately in company timekeeping system.
• Observes all Federal, State, Local and Company safety rules and regulations in the performance of duties.
