Great Valley Automotive is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to serve as the crucial link between customers and our skilled technicians. You will ensure a seamless service experience and help clients maintain their vehicles with confidence.

You will greet customers, provide repair estimates, manage appointments, and communicate with technicians to deliver timely service while maintaining a clean, welcoming area and tracking records in our software.

Qualifications

• Experience as an automotive service advisor or in a similar customer-facing role.
• Strong knowledge of automotive repair and maintenance services.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and assess their service needs with a friendly and professional demeanor.
• Provide accurate parts and labor estimates and explain repair options clearly.
• Manage service appointments and maintain organized service schedules.
• Communicate with technicians to ensure timely service delivery.
