Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to coordinate service and repair activities and serve as the main liaison between customers and technicians.

The ideal candidate will have strong communication, a customer-first attitude, and a track record of professional service in a fast-paced dealership setting. This role emphasizes accurate diagnoses, clear expectations, and satisfying the customer throughout the service journey.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver’s license and a clean driving record.
• Professional and dependable with outstanding communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or on the phone to ensure a prompt and accurate diagnosis of issues.
• Follows up on repair status to ensure vehicle is ready when promised and informs customers if delays occur.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs while communicating expectations to customers and technicians.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and road tests and maintains up-to-date service information.
