Confidence Auto Group is seeking a knowledgeable Service Advisor to serve as the liaison between customers and our service technicians, ensuring an exceptional experience from start to finish while helping drive department sales and efficiency.

The role focuses on greeting customers, documenting repair needs, recommending services, coordinating with technicians, and keeping customers updated through the process in a dynamic dealership setting.

Qualifications

• Prior experience as a Service Advisor or in automotive customer service preferred.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to multitask and stay organized in a fast-paced environment.
• Working knowledge of automotive systems is a plus.
• Proficiency with dealership software and computer systems.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers in a friendly and professional manner
• Listen to customer concerns and accurately document repair needs
• Provide service recommendations and explain repair options and estimates
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure timely and accurate vehicle repairs
• Keep customers updated throughout the service process
• Conduct final walkarounds and ensure customer satisfaction upon vehicle pick-up
• Maintain detailed service records and follow all dealership and manufacturer policies
