Job summary

Victory Automotive Group is seeking a Service Advisor to be the central communication link between customers and technicians. The role requires listening to customer issues, arranging appropriate service or repairs, and managing expectations for delivery and quality.

The ideal candidate will have a high school diploma or GED, automotive exposure, at least one year in a dealer-level or large facility, and an unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.

Qualifications

• Requires a high school diploma or GED with automotive exposure.
• Minimum 1 year of dealer-level or large facility experience.
• Unrestricted driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Strong communication and customer service skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to enable prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repair status and informs customers if delays occur; obtains authorization for revised estimates.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery of repairs with clear expectations.
• Ensures all completed repairs pass quality control and/or a road test.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operation, warranties, and relevant service information (TSBs, lemon laws).
• Meets or exceeds service level targets.
• Ensures required documentation complies with regulations and standards.
• Enforces all safety policies and procedures.
• Attends staff meetings and training as required.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
