The ideal candidate has a high school diploma or GED, dealer-level experience, a valid license, and a strong customer-service record. We value teamwork, professionalism, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED.
• One year of dealer-level or large facility experience preferred.
• Valid and unrestricted driver's license.
• Professional and dependable.

• Basic computer and internet skills.

Responsibilities

• Schedules service for customers in person or by phone to ensure prompt diagnosis.
• Follows up on repairs to ensure timely completion and informs customers accordingly.
• Makes repair recommendations and manages delivery by setting expectations.
• Ensures repairs pass quality control and road tests.
• Maintains knowledge of vehicle operations, warranties, and service bulletins.
• Meets or exceeds service level targets.
• Completes required documentation in compliance with regulations.
