Job summary

val's services seeks a Service Advisor to promote all products and services, manage customer interactions, and assist in shop workflow. You will greet customers, listen to concerns, inspect vehicles, and recommend needed services with clear documentation and communication.

You will provide estimates, update customers during service, handle transactions, and perform follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction. Responsibilities include tracking returns and warranty parts and serving as manager on duty

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Prior experience as a Service Advisor is preferred.
• Valid driver's license required.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers professionally and listen to concerns.
• Inspect vehicles and recommend appropriate services.
• Provide cost and time estimates to customers.
• Update customers during service and process transactions.
• Conduct follow-up calls to ensure satisfaction.
• Track returns and warranty parts; assist in duties when manager on duty.
