• Update customers regularly on progress, costs, and status.
• Coordinate with Service Department to monitor progress and address issues.
• Process payments before vehicle release.
• Review warranty repairs to ensure claim requirements are met.
• Follow up with customers and schedule future work.
• Maintain professional service desk appearance and demeanor.
• Demonstrate safe working habits; perform other duties as assigned.
