Job summary

DriveTime Family of Brands in Memphis seeks a Sales and Operations Advisor to deliver a world-class customer experience by matching customers with the right vehicle and financing options. You will manage the full sales cycle, support dealership operations, and help ensure consistent high-quality service.

You will open/close the store, handle cash, manage inventory, and stay knowledgeable about inventory, financing options, and sales processes while developing your skills through a multi-phase

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Associate or Bachelor's preferred or equivalent experience.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in sales and retail operations.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record for the previous 3 years.
• Must be at least 18 years of age.
• Ability to pass a drug test and a background check.

Responsibilities

• Build partnerships with customers and guide them through DriveTime processes.
• Manage full sales cycle: calls, appointments, and converting visits to sales.
• Handle store operations: opening/closing, cash handling, inventory, audits, admin.
• Maintain knowledge of inventory, financing options, and sales processes.
• Develop sales skills and collaborate with the team for a safe, productive environment.
• Provide world-class customer experience and introduce customers to DriveTime brands.
• Train new hires and support onboarding and skill development.
• Execute company directives and participate in feedback and development.
