Job summary

The Boyd Group in Huntington, WV seeks an Estimator to provide an exceptional customer experience by creating estimates and coordinating repairs with customers and insurance companies. You will document details and ensure alignment with team KPIs throughout the repair process.

Responsibilities include communicating with customers, guiding them through repairs, and ensuring compliance with DRP and insurer requirements while supporting the management team in daily production walks and safety

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s.
• Minimum of 1-year experience.
• I-CAR Training is welcomed.

Responsibilities

• Document all customer interactions accurately and timely.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP’s.
• Support team during production walks and meetings as needed.
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members.
• Maintain positive energy when greeting customers in person and on the phone.
