Job summary

The Boyd Group in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking an Estimator to drive exceptional customer experience by accurately appraising vehicle damage and coordinating repairs with insurance providers. You will document all interactions and ensure timely updates throughout the repair process.

You will work with the team to align with KPIs, handle DRP compliance, and support production planning while maintaining strong customer service and communication across all channels.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• Awareness of where to look for answers
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s
• Minimum of 1-year experience
• Must be willing to complete I-CAR Training

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW operating standards
• Coordinate with team members for repair planning, communication, and delivery
• Communicate customer requests to appropriate team members and maintain positive interactions
• Participate in production walks with Management and attend required meetings
