Job summary

The Boyd Group in Lexington, VA is seeking a diligent Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experiences by accurately assessing vehicle damage, documenting repairs, and coordinating with customers and insurance entities throughout the repair process.

You will update customers and team members, ensure DRP and insurer compliance, and participate in daily production walks to help meet KPIs in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 1 year of DRP experience.

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction with essential details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repairs.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes.
• Coordinate repairs and communicate with team.
• Engage in daily production walks with management.
• Support team and participate in safety meetings.
• Attend mandatory training sessions.
• Maintain vehicle damage appraisals and parts documentation.
