Job summary

Responsibilities include guiding customers through the repair process, ensuring timely communication, and maintaining compliance with DRP programs. A valid driver’s license and basic computer skills are required.

Responsibilities

• Document and update customer interactions with pertinent details
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP processes
• Coordinate with team during production walks and daily operations
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members
• Attend training and workshops as required
