Job summary

The Boyd Group Services is seeking an Estimator at our Huntington, WV location. The role focuses on creating accurate estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurance companies to ensure a smooth repair process.

Minimum requirements include a High School Diploma, basic computer skills, and at least 1 year of DRP experience. I-CAR training and a valid driver's license are preferred.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines
• High School Diploma or equivalent
• Basic Computer Skills
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training
• Valid Driver’s License

Responsibilities

• Document every customer interaction accurately and timely
• Provide accurate information guiding customers through the repair process
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP metrics
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning, and communication
• Communicate customer requests to relevant team members
• Provide positive energy when greeting customers in person and by phone
• Understand insurance programs and procedures
• Participate in daily production walks with Management
• Support team members as needed
• Attend Health & Safety meetings and training sessions as required
