Job summary

The Boyd Group in Mechanicsville, VA is seeking an Estimator to deliver an exceptional customer experience while creating accurate vehicle repair estimates and coordinating repair needs with customers and insurers.

You will document all customer interactions, guide customers through the repair process, ensure DRP compliance, participate in daily production walks, and support the team to meet KPIs.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines.
• Basic Computer Skills.
• Compliance for DRP’s with at least 1 year experience.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR Training.
• Valid Driver’s License.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with relevant details.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP procedures.
• Follow WOW Operating Ways for customer drop-offs, repair planning and delivery.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Provide positive, energetic customer greetings in person and over the phone.
• Understand insurance programs and procedures relevant to claims.
• Participate in daily production walks with the Management Team.
• Support all team members as needed.
• Attend Health & Safety and staff meetings when required.
• Engage in training sessions and workshops recommended by Store Manager.

Skills
