Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II to oversee vehicle reconditioning, engage with clients, and ensure accurate data entry throughout the workflow.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years clerical or administrative support experience required.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills required.
• Ability to use general office equipment ( copier, fax, etc.).
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks and manual dexterity.
• Vision abilities include close, distance, and depth perception.
• Ability to sit or stand for prolonged periods; ability to stand, walk, reach, talk and hear.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment and SLA meeting.
• Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files, and records of reconditioning work.
• Create, maintain, and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze and manage client reports and vehicle throughput via daily queries.
• Data entry and verification of customer vehicle information in the system.
• Respond to client and corporate inquiries and provide quality service.
• Receive vehicle and registration information from clients and input into systems.
• Enter information into AS400, VCF, and RPP systems; process client requests.
• Monitor vehicle repairs using AS400/VCF/RPP systems; track progress.
• Coordinate with Recon Shop management and procurement to meet SLAs.
• Ensure timelines are met and review completed work for accuracy.
• Collaborate with finance/local management to ensure correct charges.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and follow safety procedures.
