Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Account Operations Specialist I in Tolleson, AZ to support vehicle reconditioning operations and partner with clients and auction teams. You will handle client service tasks, assist in estimating repairs, and coordinate reconditioning services with safety and compliance in mind.

You will build a foundation in auction services concepts, manage basic data tasks in Microsoft Office, and contribute to a high-quality client experience at Cox Automotive locations.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED and up to 2 years’ experience in a related field (vehicle reconditioning, auto body knowledge, auction experience).
• Requires strong knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite.
• Excellent communication skills, detail oriented, self-starter, and time management.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision.
• Safe drivers needed; valid driver’s license required.

Responsibilities

• Provide exceptional customer service skills to ensure client satisfaction.
• Performs basic client services duties such as monitoring vehicle reconditioning processes, supporting client team.
• Be able to estimate body repairs on all kinds of different types of vehicles.
• With assistance from more senior peers and multiple auction departments, recommending and coordinating reconditioning services, and conducting condition report and imaging audits to reduce the risk of policy loss and goodwill expenses
• Develops a foundational understanding of auction services concepts and methodologies including but not limited to condition report data and the vehicle inspection process.
• Basic knowledge of computers software including Microsoft Office applications including Outlook, Excel, and other internal business technology platforms.
• Visibly demonstrate safety commitment by following all safety and health procedures and modeling the behaviors related to such.
• Actively participate in support of all safety activities aligned with Safety Excellence.
• Perform any other duties assigned
