Job summary

Cox Automotive Inc. is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist to oversee vehicle reconditioning for wholesale and retail channels. The role focuses on monitoring activities, managing client expectations, and ensuring accurate information and data entry.

The position requires clerical experience, strong communication, and proficiency with IT systems (AS400, RPP, VCF) to track repairs and service levels.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills.
• Must be able to use general office equipment (copier, fax, etc.).
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks and manual dexterity.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment and meet all client SLAs.
• Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files and records of reconditioning work.
• Create, maintain and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze client reports and vehicle throughput via daily reports.
• Enter all pertinent information into software applications (AS400, RPP, VCF) and approve work requested by the client.
• Communicate with Recon Shop management to meet client SLAs and timelines.
