Cox Automotive in Texas is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist to oversee reconditioning for wholesale and retail markets. You will monitor activities, manage client expectations, and ensure accurate information and data entry across AS400 and RPP systems.

The role emphasizes clerical support, process adherence, and strong communication with Recon Shop management, customers, and finance teams.

Qualifications

High School Diploma or equivalent.
2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
Valid driver's license and safe driving record.
Excellent communication and organizational skills.
Advanced computer software skills.
Must be able to use general office equipment (i.e., copier, fax machine, etc.).
Ability to perform repetitive data entry tasks and manual dexterity.
Vision abilities required include close, distance, and depth perception.

Responsibilities

Perform clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment, meeting all client SLAs.
Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files, records of completed reconditioning work, and other required information.
Create, maintain, and audit accurate charges for reconditioning fees.
Analyze and manage clients' reports and vehicle throughput via daily report/query capabilities.
Data entry and verification of customer vehicle information in the system.
