Job summary

Cox Automotive in USA is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to serve as the primary contact for client issues across accounts, focusing on vehicle condition and reconditioning coordination. You will interact with auction teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth processes and high-quality service.

The role requires outdoor work about 80% of the time, a valid driver’s license, and the ability to manage multiple tasks while upholding safety and quality standards.

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED plus 3 years of related work experience, OR any degree or certification above a High School Diploma/GED plus 1 year of related work experience, OR 5 years of related work experience.
• Requires valid driver’s license.
• Must have physical ability and mental acuity to perform duties within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex; collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments.
• Prepare and provide reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value; coordinate and approve services.
• Conduct condition reports and imaging audits to reduce risk of losses and goodwill expenses.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox/Manheim products based on client needs.
• Ensure compliance with PII policies and safety guidelines while delivering excellent customer service.
