Job summary

Cox Automotive in the United States is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the primary contact for resolving client issues across a range of accounts. You will collaborate with auction teams and stakeholders to ensure timely resolutions and maintain strong relationships.

Responsibilities include coordinating vehicle run processes, preparing reconditioning estimates, evaluating condition reports, advising clients on auction processes, and upholding safety and quality standards

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years’ related experience (or equivalent).
• Alternative: any degree/certification beyond HS or 5 years’ related field experience.
• Safe drivers with valid driver's license.
• Physical ability and mental acuity to perform duties within required timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to complex, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition or discrepancies, building relationships with stakeholders.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments for inventory movement and timely reconditioning.
• Build relationships with clients, review vehicles for standards and quality, prepare reconditioning estimates, coordinate services, and perform condition reports and imaging audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of condition report data and vehicle inspection processes to identify repairs and PDR needs.
