Job summary

Cox Automotive in Mount Juliet, TN is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the primary contact resolving client issues for accounts of varying complexity, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders to ensure smooth operation.

You will coordinate vehicle reconditioning and movement, prepare condition reports and estimates, and educate clients on auction processes while offering relevant Cox products and services to meet client needs.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with 3 years' related experience; or equivalent combination of education and experience.
• Valid driver's license required; ability to meet business timeframes.
• Preferred candidates can demonstrate knowledge of vehicle reconditioning processes.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts of varying complexity.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments for inventory movement.
• Prepare condition reports and reconditioning estimates to enhance vehicle value.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox products/services as appropriate.
• Maintain adherence to Cox standards and safety guidelines.
