Job summary

Cox Automotive in Texas, Euless, is seeking an Automotive Recon Admin to oversee the reconditioning of vehicles for wholesale and retail. You will monitor activities, verify data entry, and ensure client expectations are met.

Responsibilities include handling client inquiries, maintaining records, and auditing charges while using AS400, VCF, and RPP systems. Strong clerical skills and driving clearance are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills.
• Ability to operate general office equipment.

Responsibilities

• Oversee clerical tasks related to vehicle reconditioning to meet client SLAs.
• Maintain client accounts, vehicle files and reconditioning records.
• Create and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze client reports and vehicle throughput via daily queries.
• Enter and verify vehicle information in systems (AS400, RPP, VCF).
• Respond to client inquiries and resolve issues to ensure service quality.
• Monitor and track vehicle repairs and ensure timelines are met.
