Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking a Reconditioning Administrative role in Texas to oversee vehicle reconditioning for wholesale and retail channels. You will monitor client expectations, verify information, and ensure accurate data entry across AS400 and related systems.

The position requires strong clerical experience, excellent communication skills, and the ability to manage multiple data streams while maintaining safety and compliance.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent required.
• 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver's license and clean driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills required.
• Ability to perform repetitive data entry with accuracy.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties related to vehicle recon fulfillment and meet all clients' SLAs.
• Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files, records, and completion data.
• Create, maintain, and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze and manage client reports and vehicle throughput via daily reports.
• Perform data entry and verify customer vehicle information in the system.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide quality service; resolve problems.
• Receive vehicle and registration information from clients seeking recon services.
• Enter pertinent information into AS400, VCf, RPP; approve client requests.
• Monitor and track vehicle repairs using AS400/VCF/RPP systems.
• Communicate with Recon Shop management to meet SLAs and timelines.
• Review completed work to ensure tracking and processing are met or exceeded.
• Work with finance/local management to ensure accurate charges.
• Demonstrate safety by following procedures and supporting Safety Excellence.
