Job summary

Cox Automotive seeks a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist to oversee vehicle reconditioning for wholesale and retail, ensuring accurate information and timely communication with clients. You will monitor reconditioning activities, manage expectations, and use AS400 and RPP to track progress.

Role requires a High School Diploma and a valid driver’s license, with day shifts and onsite work at a Cox location. Eligibility to work in the United States is required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• 2 years of clerical or administrative support experience.
• Valid driver’s license and safe driving record.
• Excellent communication and organizational skills.
• Advanced computer software skills necessary.

Responsibilities

• Perform clerical and administrative duties relating to vehicle recon fulfillment and meeting client SLAs.
• Maintain client account agreements, vehicle files, and records of reconditioning work.
• Create and audit charges for reconditioning fees.
• Analyze client reports and vehicle throughput.
• Data entry and ensure accurate vehicle information in the system.
• Respond to client inquiries and provide quality service.
• Input information into AS400, RPP, and other systems.
