Responsibilities

• Coordinate service and repair work for dealership-owned vehicles.
• Create and manage repair orders, document requested work, and ensure repair information is accurate.
• Review technician findings and coordinate repair needs, parts, and approvals with appropriate departments.
• Monitor vehicles through repair and reconditioning, addressing delays.
• Communicate vehicle status, costs, and completion estimates to internal stakeholders.
• Verify completed work and closing of repair orders.
• Partner with technicians, Parts, Sales, and Service leadership to ensure timely readiness.
