Qualifications

• Experience in a dealership or automotive service environment and ability to translate customer concerns into clear repair instructions.
• Strong understanding of repair order documentation, maintenance recommendations, warranty awareness, and workflow.

Responsibilities

• Serve as the primary point of contact for service guests and create a seamless, luxury-level service experience.
• Listen to customer concerns, document repair needs accurately, and coordinate with technicians and internal teams.
• Greet guests promptly, review vehicle concerns, and prepare accurate repair orders with clear pricing and timelines.
• Provide timely updates and obtain approvals for additional work while keeping guests informed.
• Collaborate with technicians, parts, warranty and management to ensure efficient progression of service orders.
