Mercedes-Benz of Foothill Ranch is seeking an Automotive Service Advisor to be the face of the service department. You will greet customers, explain repairs, provide cost estimates, coordinate with technicians, and ensure smooth, transparent communication from intake to vehicle return.

This role requires 2+ years in a dealership service advisory role, preferably with luxury brands, strong communication, and the ability to upsell maintenance.

Qualifications

• 2+ years as a Service Advisor in an automotive dealership, preferably luxury brands.
• Ability to explain technical information to customers clearly.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Proficiency with dealership software (CDK, Reynolds & Reynolds) preferred.
• Valid driver's license with clean record.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers and listen to vehicle concerns and needs.
• Advise on repairs and recommend maintenance to ensure performance.
• Provide cost estimates and timelines for repairs/services.
• Coordinate with technicians to ensure accurate, timely work.
• Maintain detailed service records and update customers on progress.
• Follow up to ensure customer satisfaction and repeat business.
• Perform quality checks before vehicle delivery.
