Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service and repair work for dealership-owned vehicles, including internal inventory.
• Create and manage repair orders, document requested work, and ensure repair information is accurate and complete.
• Review technician findings and coordinate repair needs, parts, and next steps with appropriate departments.
• Monitor vehicles through the repair and reconditioning process, following up on delays and keeping work moving.
• Communicate vehicle status, repair needs, costs, and estimated completion times to internal stakeholders.
• Verify completed work and documentation before closing repair orders and releasing vehicles.
• Partner with technicians, Parts, Sales, Pre-Owned, and Service leadership to support timely vehicle readiness.

The Internal Service Advisor plays a crucial role in the success of both the Sales and Service departments of the dealership. What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to identify delays, resolve routine issues, and keep vehicles progressing through the service process.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment where vehicle turnaround time and quality are important.

Pay:

$35 - $35 / hour
