Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills is seeking an Internal Service Advisor to coordinate service for dealership-owned vehicles, manage repair orders, and ensure timely vehicle readiness. This role acts as a liaison among Sales, Service, Parts, and Pre-Owned departments to keep processes moving efficiently.

You will review findings, coordinate approvals, and communicate status, costs, and timelines to stakeholders while upholding meticulous documentation practices in a fast-paced dealership

Qualifications

• Previous automotive service or dealership experience preferred.
• Familiar with repair orders and dealership service operations.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities at the same time.
• Strong documentation and follow-through.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service and repair work for dealership-owned vehicles, including pre-owned and internal inventory.
• Create and manage repair orders, document requested work, and ensure repair information is accurate and complete.
• Review technician findings and coordinate repair needs, approvals, parts, and next steps with the appropriate departments.
• Monitor vehicles throughout the repair and reconditioning process, following up on delays and helping keep work moving efficiently.
• Communicate vehicle status, repair needs, costs, and estimated completion times to internal stakeholders.
• Verify completed work and documentation before closing repair orders and releasing vehicles.
• Partner with technicians, Parts, Sales, Pre-Owned, and Service leadership to support timely vehicle readiness.

The Internal Service Advisor plays a crucial role in the success of both the Sales and Service departments of the dealership. This role is responsible for serving as a liaison between multiple departments to ensure vehicles are efficiently prepared to be sold and added to the inventory in a timely manner.

What You Will Do

What We Are Looking For

• Ability to communicate effectively with technicians, managers, and other dealership departments.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to accurate documentation and follow-through.
• Ability to identify delays, resolve routine issues, and keep vehicles progressing through the service process.
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced dealership environment where vehicle turnaround time and quality are important.
• Valid driver's license and acceptable driving record

Pay: $35 - $35 / hour
