Mercedes-Benz of Beverly Hills is hiring an Internal Service Advisor to support both the Sales and Service teams. You will coordinate service for dealership-owned vehicles, prepare repair orders, and ensure timely readiness for inventory.

You'll liaise with technicians, parts, and leadership to keep vehicles moving, review findings, document costs, and communicate statuses to internal stakeholders. A fast-paced dealership environment rewards accuracy and initiative.

Qualifications

• Experience in automotive service or dealership environments is preferred.
• Knowledge of repair orders and service operations.
• Ability to manage multiple vehicles and priorities.
• Strong communication with technicians and departments.
• Detail-oriented with accurate documentation.
• Valid driver’s license and clean driving record.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced dealership setting.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate service and repair work for dealership vehicles.
• Create and manage repair orders and document requested work.
• Review technician findings and coordinate parts and approvals.
• Monitor repair progress and keep work moving.
• Communicate vehicle status, costs, and ETA to stakeholders.
• Verify work and close repair orders.
• Partner with Technicians, Parts, Sales, and Service leadership.
