Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle status by making real-time calls to pickup sites.
• Maintain vehicle records and resolve discrepancies to meet quality standards.
• Manage email boxes for multiple locations and coordinate regional communications.
• Enter manual orders and process AS400 system orders.
• Monitor and escalate client VINs with peers to maintain margins and timely dispatch.
