Job summary

Qualifications

• Proven experience in operations, client service, and team leadership within automotive or auction industry.
• Strong communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities across remote and physical locations.
• Commitment to safety and continuous improvement.
• High School Diploma/GED and 5 years’ experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Track repair progress and monitor completion timelines; communicate updates to clients and internal teams.
• Collaborate with maintenance, reconditioning, vendor, and operations teams to initiate work and maintain repair flow.
• Cultivate relationships with commercial account representatives, major clients, and vendors.
• Coordinate pricing, availability, and sourcing of materials with procurement and parts suppliers.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, approvals, and completed work per SOPs.
• Serve as liaison between departments, clients, and vendors to resolve issues.
