Qualifications

• 1–3 years administrative experience in automotive context.
• Proficient with Microsoft Excel, Outlook, and Word.
• Ability to work independently in a matrix environment.
• Excellent customer service and multitasking skills.
• High attention to data entry accuracy.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to pass background/drug test.

Responsibilities

• Communicate via recorded line phone system.
• Manage regional email boxes and collaborate on regional emails.
• Handle VINs with carriers and monitor delays.
• Process AutoIMS for delays, holds, and cancellations.
• Follow up with carriers daily on VINs.
• Enter manual and AS400 orders; post fees and charges.
• Monitor and correct master data for locations and entries.
• Measure and report performance for clients and vendors.
• Solve problems quickly and think outside the box.
