You will regularly communicate with clients, vendors, and internal teams to gather information and meet program requirements. You will read and review order histories, including kickback notes, to make informed decisions and verify vehicles on time.

Responsibilities

• Verify vehicle status with pickup sites via recorded line and real-time calls.

• Enter manual orders and process AS400 system orders.
• Monitor holds and verification delays; dispatch negotiations to improve margins.
• Investigate kickbacks or discrepancies to ensure proper vehicle re-dispatch.
• Maintain accurate vehicle records and master data; report performance to management.
