Cox Automotive - USA is seeking a Vehicle Operations Support Specialist II to ensure smooth repair flow, accurate estimates, and high-quality service across auction and reconditioning locations. This role blends coordination and technical know-how to deliver exceptional client experiences and operational success.

You will track progress, partner with maintenance and procurement, build strong client and vendor relationships, and uphold safety and company standards while promoting service

Qualifications

• Experience in operations, client service and team leadership within automotive/auction industry.
• Strong communication, organizational and problem-solving skills.
• Proficient Microsoft Excel, Word, and Outlook.

Responsibilities

• Track repair progress, monitor timelines and share updates with clients, transport teams and stakeholders.
• Collaborate with maintenance, reconditioning, vendor and operations teams to initiate approved work.
• Cultivate relationships with commercial account reps, major clients and vendors.
• Coordinate with procurement and parts suppliers to verify pricing and sourcing.
• Coordinate sales preparation for commercial accounts and gather vehicle/account data per SOPs.
• Audit work by Commercial Account Administrators and Procurement for accuracy.
• Maintain detailed records of estimates, approvals and completed work.
• Serve as a liaison between departments, clients and vendors to resolve issues.
• Communicate process changes and account updates to managers and stakeholders.
• Model safe behaviors and participate in safety initiatives.
