Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Resolve client issues for accounts of varying complexity.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate vehicle reconditioning and related processes to meet client SLA guidelines.
• Build and maintain relationships with assigned clients and internal teams.
• Educate clients on auction processes and Cox products and services.
