Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED with related field experience or equivalent

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary point of contact for client issues across simple to complex accounts, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver prompt, exceptional customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies with internal/external stakeholders.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and liaise with auction departments to ensure inventory movement and timely reconditioning.
• Build strong client relationships, assess vehicles in the sales lineup, and prepare estimates for reconditioning to improve value.
• Oversee condition report and imaging audits to minimize policy loss and goodwill costs.
• Demonstrate knowledge of condition report data to identify paint/body repairs and damage (PDR, etc.).
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Manheim/CAI products as appropriate.
• Prioritize tasks and maintain professionalism in client relations; resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to Cox standards for reconditioning quality and accuracy per SLA.
• Follow NAAA guidelines for vehicle announcements and branding.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office and internal business platforms.
