Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED with 3 years of related experience, or alternate combination including higher education.
• Candidate must have a valid driver’s license and safe driving record.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for resolving client issues for accounts of varying complexity.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning.
• Prepare estimates for reconditioning services to enhance vehicle value and ensure quality standards.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox Enterprises products and services as appropriate.
• Demonstrate safety commitment and adhere to all safety procedures and policies.
