Job summary

Cox Automotive is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to serve as the primary point of contact for client issues across diverse accounts. You will coordinate vehicle run processes, liaise with auction teams, and ensure timely reconditioning and condition reporting.

Strong communication and prioritization are essential to deliver top-tier service. Responsibilities include preparing estimates, guiding reconditioning steps, and upselling Cox products while maintaining safety and policy

Qualifications

• Minimum: High School Diploma/GED and 3 years’ experience in a related field.
• OR the right candidate could also have a different combination, such as any level of degree/certification beyond a HS diploma/GED in a related discipline; OR 5 years’ experience in a related field.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact for resolving client issues for accounts of varying complexity.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates and approve services to enhance vehicle value.
• Conduct condition reports and imaging audits to minimize risk and goodwill expenses.
• Upsell Cox Automotive products and services based on client needs.
• Adhere to safety standards and company policies in all client interactions.
