Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED is required with 3 years in a related field.
• Alternative: any degree/certification beyond HS or 5 years in related field.
• Valid driver’s license required and ability to operate vehicles.
• Must have physical ability and mental acuity for duties and timeframes.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts of varying complexity.
• Provide exceptional customer service addressing inquiries about vehicle condition and discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments for inventory movement.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates, coordinate services, and conduct condition reports and imaging audits.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle inspection to identify paint, body repairs, and damage.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox/CAI products as needed.
• Maintain prioritization, professionalism, and resolve issues promptly.
• Ensure adherence to PII policies while delivering service and handling documentation.
• Maintain Cox standards for reconditioning quality and safety.
• Perform any other duties as assigned.
