Responsibilities

• Serve as primary contact to resolve client issues across accounts with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Address inquiries promptly regarding vehicle condition or discrepancies to maintain positive relationships.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with auction departments for inventory movement and reconditioning timelines.
• Prepare and review reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value and obtain required approvals.
• Conduct condition reports and imaging audits to minimize risk and ensure quality standards.
• Educate clients on auction processes and related Cox Automotive products and services.
• Prioritize tasks efficiently while maintaining professional client relationships.
• Ensure compliance with PII policies and proper documentation during redemptions.
• Adhere to Cox standards and guidelines for reconditioning services and quality control.
• Survey vehicle condition data to identify past repairs (paint, frame, PDR) as needed.
• Operate Microsoft Office and internal business platforms proficiently.
