Cox Automotive is seeking a customer-focused professional to serve as the primary contact resolving client issues across accounts with auction teams and stakeholders. You will provide exceptional service regarding vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies.

In this role, you will coordinate sale vehicle run processes, prepare reconditioning estimates, and ensure timely completion of services. A strong knowledge of condition reports and vehicle inspections is required along with the ability to

Qualifications

• HS diploma or GED required with 3+ years related experience.
• May also have degree/certification beyond HS.
• Valid driver''s license required.
• Must have physical ability and mental acuity.

Responsabilités

• Serve as primary contact for resolving client issues across accounts; coordinate with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Deliver exceptional customer service by addressing vehicle condition inquiries and discrepancies promptly.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and maintain communication with auction departments for inventory movement.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value and supervise reconditioning approvals.
• Demonstrate knowledge of condition reports and vehicle inspection processes (paint, repairs, frame).
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox Automotive products as appropriate.
