Job summary

Cox Automotive - USA is seeking an Account Operations Specialist II to serve as the primary contact for client issue resolution across accounts. Qualifications

• High School Diploma/GED required; 3+ years in a related field, or alternative degree/certification plus 5+ years of related experience.
• Ability to drive; valid driver’s license required.
• Physical ability and mental acuity to meet business requirements.

Responsibilities

• Primary point of contact for resolving client issues for accounts ranging from simple to more complex, collaborating with auction teams and stakeholders.
• Provide exceptional customer service by promptly addressing inquiries related to vehicle condition or discrepancies.
• Coordinate sale vehicle run processes and communicate with other auction departments for smooth inventory movement.
• Prepare reconditioning estimates to improve vehicle value and coordinate approved services.
• Demonstrate knowledge of vehicle inspection processes to identify paint, body repairs, and related conditions.
• Educate clients on auction processes and upsell Cox products and services as appropriate.
• Maintain adherence to Cox standards and safety guidelines while supporting all safety activities.
