Job summary

The Boyd Group in Kentucky is seeking an Estimator to deliver exceptional customer experience by preparing accurate estimates and coordinating repair needs for customers and insurance companies. You will document repairs, communicate with stakeholders, and help drive KPIs across the shop.

Responsibilities include updating records, guiding customers through the repair process, and ensuring DRP compliance while participating in training and safety meetings.

Qualifications

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Basic computer skills required.
• Compliance for DRP's; 1 year experience preferred.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training.

Responsibilities

• Document and update all customer interactions with details.
• Provide accurate information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW processes.
• Communicate customer requests to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks and safety meetings as required.
• Support team members when needed.
