The Boyd Group in Madisonville, KY is seeking an Estimator responsible for providing an exceptional customer experience, creating estimates, coordinating repair needs, and communicating with customers and insurers throughout the repair process. The Estimator accurately assesses vehicle damage and documents required repairs and parts replacements.

Competenze

• Knowledge of repairs and OE guidelines as required for estimating.
• Basic computer skills to document estimates and communications.
• Familiarity with DRP compliance and processes for insurers.
• Willingness to complete I-CAR training and maintain license.

• Document all customer interactions accurately and promptly.
• Provide accurate, timely information guiding customers through repair.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and DRP rules.
