Job summary

Boyd Group Services is seeking an Estimator to provide exceptional customer experiences while creating accurate vehicle damage estimates and coordinating repairs. The role requires CCC1 Estimating System experience, DRP compliance, and strong communication with customers and insurance companies.

You will document interactions, guide customers through the repair process, and ensure all processes meet KPIs. A high school diploma and basic computer skills are required, with potential for bonus or

Qualifications

• Knowledge of CCC1 Estimating System is required.
• Knowledge of Repairs and OE Guidelines is preferred.
• High School Diploma or equivalent is required.
• Awareness of where to look for answers.
• Basic Computer Skills are required.
• Compliance for DRP’s; minimum 1 year experience.

Responsibilities

• Document and update every customer interaction with pertinent details.
• Provide accurate, timely information and guide customers through the repair process.
• Ensure compliance with insurance client requirements and WOW Operating Ways.
• Communicate customer needs to the appropriate team members.
• Participate in daily production walks with Management and attend required trainings.
